Number of Positions: 1 

Number of hours: 20 hours a week Monday through Thursday with some flexibility 

Salary: Commensurate with experience. 

Work Experience: 1-2 years

The Social Media Expert plays a crucial role in supporting marketing campaigns and activities within Npidia.  

The responsibilities of a Social Media Expert are: 

  • Campaign Coordination: 
  1. Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various marketing campaigns across the various social media channels i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. 
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely execution of campaigns. 
  3. Create campaigns to target ambassadors, partners, and businesses in different industries: i.e. mechanics, beauty salons, supermarkets, etc. 
  • Content Creation: 
  1. Help create and edit marketing content, including carousels, reels, lives, infographics, and captions.  
  2. Ensure content is consistent with the company’s voice and messaging. 
  3. Ensure compliance with client and partners marketing guidelines. 
  4. Ensure that all social media activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. 
  5. Uphold ethical standards in content creation and engagement. 
  • Social Media Management: 
  1. Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends. 
  2. Stay informed about the latest trends and features on different social media platforms. 
  3. Choose the most suitable platforms for the brand and optimize content for each. 
  4. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in social media algorithms. 
  5. Stay updated on new tools and technologies in social media marketing. 
  • Community Engagement 
  1. Foster and grow a community around the brand by interacting with followers and responding to comments and messages. 
  2. Monitor brand mentions and engage in relevant conversations. 
  3. Address and manage any negative comments or crises in a timely and appropriate manner. 
  • Analytics and Reporting 
  1. Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns. 
  2. Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. 
  • Market Research: 
  1. Conduct market research to gather insights about customer preferences, competitors, and industry trends. 
  2. Implement new strategies and tactics to keep the brand ahead of the competition. 
  • Collaboration with Influencers 
  1. Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience. 
  2. Manage relationships with influencers and track the success of influencer partnerships. 
  • Internal Collaboration: 
  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Ambassadors lead, partners lead, sales, IT, and product development to ensure alignment of social media marketing efforts. 
  2. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral that supports sales initiatives. 

Overall, the role of a Social Media Expert involves a combination of creative, analytical, and organizational skills to support the overall marketing efforts of the company. The Social Media Expert is expected to complete 20 hours a week Monday through Thursday with some flexibility.   

Must have a great understanding and hold on the English language, organized, meet project deadlines, great interpersonal skills and have superb time management skills.  

Job position will be evaluated on an on-going basis.
