The Social Media Expert plays a crucial role in supporting marketing campaigns and activities within Npidia.
The responsibilities of a Social Media Expert are:
- Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various marketing campaigns across the various social media channels i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely execution of campaigns.
- Create campaigns to target ambassadors, partners, and businesses in different industries: i.e. mechanics, beauty salons, supermarkets, etc.
- Content Creation:
- Help create and edit marketing content, including carousels, reels, lives, infographics, and captions.
- Ensure content is consistent with the company’s voice and messaging.
- Ensure compliance with client and partners marketing guidelines.
- Ensure that all social media activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Uphold ethical standards in content creation and engagement.
- Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and features on different social media platforms.
- Choose the most suitable platforms for the brand and optimize content for each.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.
- Stay updated on new tools and technologies in social media marketing.
- Community Engagement
- Foster and grow a community around the brand by interacting with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor brand mentions and engage in relevant conversations.
- Address and manage any negative comments or crises in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to gather insights about customer preferences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Implement new strategies and tactics to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration with Influencers
- Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
- Manage relationships with influencers and track the success of influencer partnerships.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Ambassadors lead, partners lead, sales, IT, and product development to ensure alignment of social media marketing efforts.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral that supports sales initiatives.
Overall, the role of a Social Media Expert involves a combination of creative, analytical, and organizational skills to support the overall marketing efforts of the company. The Social Media Expert is expected to complete 20 hours a week Monday through Thursday with some flexibility.
Must have a great understanding and hold on the English language, organized, meet project deadlines, great interpersonal skills and have superb time management skills.
Job position will be evaluated on an on-going basis.
