Number of Positions: 1 

Number of hours: 40 hours a week Monday through Friday with some flexibility 

Salary: Commensurate with experience. 

Work Experience: 2-3 years

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting marketing campaigns and activities within Npidia.  

The responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator are: 

  • Campaign Coordination: 
  1. Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising. 
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely execution of campaigns. 
  • Content Creation: 
  1. Help create and edit marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, website content, and promotional materials. 
  2. Ensure content is consistent with the brand’s voice and messaging. 
  3. Ensure compliance with client and partners marketing guidelines. 
  • Social Media Management: 
  1. Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends. 
  2. Help create and curate visual and written content for social platforms. 
  • Data Analysis / Search Engine Optimization: 
  1. Gather and analyze data from various marketing efforts to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 
  2. Research SEO for the credit card processing industry. 
  • Event Support: 
  1. Assist in planning and organizing marketing events such as trade shows, online webinars, and company campaigns. 
  2. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and event follow-up. 
  • Email Marketing: Help with email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing subscriber lists, and tracking email performance. 
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights about customer preferences, competitors, and industry trends. 
  • Collaboration: 
  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Ambassadors lead, partners lead, sales, IT, and product development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. 
  2. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral that supports sales initiatives. 
  • Website Management: 
  1. Update and maintain the company website with relevant content, images, and information. 
  2. Collaborate with web designers and developers to ensure the website is user-friendly and up-to-date. 
  • Branding Support: 
  1. Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels. 
  2. Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.  

Overall, the role of a Marketing Coordinator involves a combination of creative, analytical, and organizational skills to support the overall marketing efforts of the company. The Marketing Coordinator is expected to complete 40 hours a week. Must have a great understanding and hold on the English language, organized, meet project deadlines, great interpersonal skills and have superb time management skills.  

Job position will be evaluated on an on-going basis.
