Npidia is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist 

Number of Positions: 1 

Number of hours: 20 hours a week Monday through Thursday with some flexibility 

Salary: Commensurate with experience. 

Work Experience: 1-2 years

The Email Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting marketing campaigns and activities within Npidia.  

The responsibilities of an Email Marketing Specialist are: 

  • Campaign Coordination: 
  1. Plan and coordinate various email campaigns, including promotional, informational, and lifecycle campaigns to target ambassadors, partners, and businesses in different industries: i.e. mechanics, beauty salons, supermarkets, etc. 
  2. Create a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant delivery of email messages. 
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely execution of campaigns. 
  • Content Creation: 
  1. Write and edit compelling and engaging email copy. 
  2. Design visually appealing and effective email templates. 
  3. Ensure content is consistent with the company’s voice and messaging. 
  4. Ensure compliance with client and partners marketing guidelines. 
  5. Ensure that all email campaign activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. 
  6. Uphold ethical standards in content creation and engagement. 
  7. Ensure that email campaigns are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines. 
  8. Optimize email layouts and designs to improve user experience and drive desired actions. 
  9. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. 
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in email marketing regulations. 
  • Email Management: 
  1. Manage email subscriber lists, including segmentation, maintenance, and growth strategies. 
  2. Implement best practices for list hygiene and compliance with email marketing regulations. 
  3. Stay updated about the latest features and technologies in email marketing platforms.

  • Automation and Personalization: 
  1. Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel. 
  2. Personalize email content based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics. 
  • Analytics and Reporting 
  1. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. 
  2. Provide regular reports and insights to Director, making data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements. 
  3. Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, calls-to-action) to optimize performance. 
  4. Analyze and interpret A/B test results to refine future campaigns. 
  • Market Research: 
  1. Conduct market research to gather insights about customer preferences, competitors, and industry trends. 
  2. Implement new strategies and tactics to keep the brand ahead of the competition. 
  3. Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in email marketing. 
  • Internal Collaboration: 
  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Ambassadors lead, partners lead, sales, IT, and product development to ensure alignment of email marketing efforts. 
  2. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral that supports sales initiatives. 

Overall, the role of an Email Marketing Specialist involves a combination of creative, analytical, and organizational skills to support the overall marketing efforts of the company. The Email Marketing Specialist is expected to complete 20 hours a week Monday through Thursday with some flexibility.  

Must have a great understanding and hold on the English language, organized, meet project deadlines, great interpersonal skills and have superb time management skills.  

Job position will be evaluated on an on-going basis.
