Job Description: Content Creator/Translator

Key Responsibilities:

Content Translation:

  • Translate website content, blog articles, marketing materials, and other communications from English to Arabic and French.
  • Ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and convey the intended message effectively.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and informative articles for the blog in English, Arabic, and French.
  • Develop content for the website, including landing pages, product descriptions, and customer support materials.
  • Write compelling email content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
  • Create video scripts for promotional, instructional, and informational videos in English, Arabic, and French as needed.

Content Management:

  • Maintain and update content on the website to ensure it is current and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Quality Assurance:

  • Review and proofread translated content to ensure it meets quality standards and is free from errors.
  • Work closely with other team members to refine and optimize content for SEO and user engagement.

Project Coordination:

  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external translators or freelancers if needed for specific projects.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, language usage, and cultural nuances to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
  • Identify and implement best practices for content creation and translation to enhance overall content quality.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and French, with strong writing and translation skills in all three languages.
  • Proven experience in content creation, translation, and editing.
  • Experience in creating video scripts for various formats.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Performance Metrics:

  • Timely delivery of high-quality translated and original content.
  • Accuracy and cultural appropriateness of translations.
  • Consistency and alignment of content with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Engagement metrics for blog articles, website content, and video content (e.g., page views, time on page, video watch time, conversion rates).

The Content Creator/Translator is expected to work 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Performance will be evaluated weekly based on the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the content produced.
